Welcome to Aqua4Baby
Pre natal classes based in Chelmsford, Essex.
Have been running since 2009, bring mums to be together through gentle exercise that suites the pregnant body whilst being supported by the water and noodles.
The benefits are huge for you and your unborn child both for
your physical and emotional well being.
The Aqua4mum classes, allow you to be you again, (Me time) chat to mums that have children and come together to discuss, solutions and ideas, whilst bring the strength back in your core, reducing lower back ache, pelvic pain, SPD, Diastasis Recti tears and mental health of life changes, whilst at home you know your husband, partner is at home bonding with the child.
Classes are on Tuesday and Thursday evening at 8pm for mums to be
Cost depends on due date. But maximum would be £55 for 6 weeks.
